Our Management Team
Richard Pierini, President/CEO:
In his capacity as Chief Executive Officer, Richard is responsible for creating and implementing the company’s business objectives and establishing the vision for the company’s growth, its key alliances, and the scope of its product and service offerings. Richard also serves as the CTO and is responsible for the creation of system design and content.
Richard brings over 30 years of CPG industry in both the US and international venues. Richard served as a managing director, directly responsible for developing major agribusiness, food processing and logistics systems in Europe, the Middle East and North Africa. He has extensive experience working with international organizations such as USAID and FAO.
Richard was one of the co-founders of Pen Rite systems in 1987 and has been an integral part of the company since its inception.
Shirlee Pierini, Chairperson/CFO:
In her capacity as Chief Financial Officer, Shirlee is responsible for directing all of the financial and administrative services of the company. She is also directly involved in the creation and design of all of the company’s new products and service offerings.
Shirlee has over 30 years of CPG experience that includes a broad base of CPG operations and finance experience with direct operations experience in food processing, sales and marketing.
Shirlee was one of the co-founders of Pen Rite Systems and has been an integral part of the company since its inception.
Gary Watland, Chief Operations Officer:
In his capacity as Chief Operations Officer, Gary is responsible for the day to day operations of the company including product development and support. Gary also directly leads the Business Intelligence division of the company based on his 30 years of Information Technology experience and 20 years of relational database and data warehousing development.
Gary has 30 years if IT experience on both the public and private sector which spans computer operations, system development, and database/data warehousing development.
Charles Hooper, Director:
Charles has served as a director for the company since 1992 and has been an integral part of the company since its inception in 1987. Charles is instrumental in helping to develop the strategic direction of the company and serves as a senior consultant on data warehousing projects. Charles has over 30 years of CPG experience with extensive focus in the beverage sector.
